Please bring full body cover. Food will be available in the hall after the race, please bring your own cup.

A run over the two prominent hills of Fife culminating in the legendary steep (weather permitting) descent to the Bunnet Stane then a hillside traverse to the forest of Falkland Estate and back to Strathmiglo. The following checkpoints will be marshalled and are mandatory

  • Top of East Lomond
  • Road crossing near Craigmead Car Park
  • Top of West Lomond
  • Bunnet stane
  • Spring (side of West Lomond)

Short and sharp with a very steep final descent into the woods.

You can enter on the day at the car park next to Portmoak village hall (between Scotlandwell and Kinnesswood)

Please note that the village hall will not be available on the day of the race therefore there will be no changing or toilet facilities provided, entries close at 1.30pm. Leave some time to spare as late arrivals may have to park some distance from the hall. (east end of Kinnesswood or in Scotlandwell) but NOT on the main road.
